About Victor Yim, the speaker️
Victor is the head of Fintech at Cyberport supporting 400+ fintech companies which is 2/3 of the roughly 600 in HK. Prior to joining Cyberport, Victor created the eKYC solutions for TransUnion which are still being used by majority of the retail banks and SVF in HK including HSBC, Payme and Hang Seng bank. After graduating from HKU for 20 years, he is now going back to pursue his PhD focus on Regtech application of AI.
