Dr Hon. Webster Ng

Dr. the Honourable Webster Ng, JP is a Fellow Certified Public Accountant (Practising), Chartered Tax Adviser and Registered Six Sigma Champion. He obtained his Doctor of Business Administration degree from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2025 and is currently a Legislative Council member representing the Accountancy Functional Constituency.

Dr. Ng is the founder of Webster Ng & Co., Managing Director of AC CPA Limited and a Senior Partner of Uniontax (Shenzhen) International Tax Agent Firm Co. Ltd. He is currently the Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of two listed companies.

Dr Ng held various positions in accountancy sectors. In terms of public service, Dr Ng currently serves as a member of the Competition Commission and Housing Authority, Honorary Treasurer of Social Workers Registration Board and Non-Executive Director and Chairman of Audit Committee of eMPF Platform Company Limited, member of the Advisory Committee on Tax Policy and Securities and Futures Appeals Tribunal. Dr Ng is the Council Member of the Hong Kong Professionals and Senior Executives Association (HKPASEA). He was commended as Distinguished Service for Community Building Awardee in 2018, appointed as Justice of the Peace in 2022 and presented with Outstanding Alumni Award of PolyU Faculty of Business in 2026.

吳錦華博士為香港執業資深會計師、特許稅務師及註冊六式碼總監。吳議員於2025年在香港理工大學獲得工商管理博士學位，現時為代表會計界功能界別立法會議員。

吳博士為吳錦華會計師事務所創辦人、遠華會計師事務所有限公司董事長及稅聯網（深圳）國際稅務師事務所有限公司高級合夥人，並為兩間上市公司的獨立非執行董事及審計委員會主席。

吳博士在會計範疇身兼多個職位，公職方面，吳博士現為競爭事務委員會及香港房屋委員會委員、社會工作者註冊局義務司庫及積金易平台有限公司非執行董事兼審核委員會主席，稅務政策諮詢委員會及證券及期貨事務上訴審裁處成員，同時亦為香港專業及資深行政人員協會理事。他於 2018 年獲嘉許為傑出社區服務人士，於 2022 年獲委任為太平紳士及並於2026年獲香港理工大學工商管理學院頒授「傑出校友獎」。
