Dr Y C Frankie LAM is an ESG solutions provider, inventor, scholar, and industrialist with over three decades of experience in global business, innovation, and quality management. He owns over 40 registered invention patent technologies and intellectual properties across the US, China, HK, France, Italy, Japan, and the UK focused on sustainable solutions—cost, time, and pollution reduction, and ESG performance.

He is the founder of Kinland Group and also serves as a Visiting Lecturer at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, a Material Aspects (MA) Expert Panelist (BEAM), a Green Building Faculty Member of the Hong Kong Green Building Council (HKGBC), an Intellectual Property (IP) Expert Witness for the Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department, and a Winner of Seven Hong Kong Awards for Industries across 7 consecutive years from 2018 to 2024. As both an executive leader and a scholar, he has made notable contributions to community service, green building, education, trade and industry in Hong Kong.

His academic book, “Prefabricated Materials in Green Interior Design: Critical Success Factors in the Environmental Transformation Era,” is expected to be published by PolyU Press in December 2026. He holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU), is a Fellow of Engineering (FEng) of the Professional Validation Council of Hong Kong Industries (PVCHK), and is a Registered Six Sigma Champion (RSSC) certified by the Six Sigma Institute (SSI).
