Eric is the second generation of a family jewellery business. He has more than 30 years of experiences in the Jewellery industry. From diamond and jade rough purchase, gems and fine Jewellery manufacturing, exporting and retailing, Eric has managed over 5000 staffs in HK and China during his peak days and actively serving as directors in different trade and alumni bodies (including HK Jewellers' and Goldsmiths' Employees' Association, GIA Alumni Association, HK PolyU DBA Alumni Association) and company representatives in different trade committees (including HK Tourism Board, Trade Development Council and HK Jewellers' and Goldsmiths' Association). Few years after his PolyU DBA graduation, he has involved in different part-time teaching positions at PolyU, CityU, former OpenU and VTC ranging from Bachelor to Doctor degrees. Other than his full-time engagement in his Jewellery business, he is currently the Projects Manager for the University of Warwick at VTC overseeing a team of academic Project Supervisors and students for the MSc Programme.
