Dr. Marco Wan
尹繼賢博士(Dr. Marco Wan Kai Yin)為教育科技(EdTech)與創新策略領域的實踐型領袖,兼具科技研發、教育應用與企業管理視野,深耕教育科技逾 20 年,長期專注於把前沿技術轉化為可落地、可規模化、可評估成效的教育解決方案。他的工作核心圍繞三個方向:以人工智能與數據驅動提升教與學效能、以STEAM 與跨學科設計培育面向未來的人才,以及以政產學研協作推動教育創新所需的政策對接與產業資源整合,促進教育與產業需求的雙向連結。
在學術與專業平台方面,尹博士現任廣東科技學院經濟學教授,並擔任香港恒生大學市場學工商管理諮詢委員會主席,致力把產業趨勢、人才能力框架與教研實踐緊密結合,推動課程與培訓更貼近未來職能與社會需求;同時透過大學與業界的互動機制,促進案例研究、實習與產學合作,讓教育內容與市場變化保持同步。他亦出任資歷架構(QF)ICT 諮詢委員會委員,以產業與教育雙重視角參與能力標準與專業發展路徑的建議與推動,協助建立更清晰的人才培育與終身學習階梯。
在教育實踐與服務層面,尹博士累積豐富的校本支援與系統導入經驗,服務中小學超過 500 間,協助學校在教學、管理與資源配置上建立更具一致性與可持續的數碼化與智能化路徑。他關注技術浪潮為教育帶來的雙重影響:一方面,AI 與新工具能提升學習個性化、優化教學流程與評估方式;另一方面,教育的本質、價值與人的成長不能被工具取代。因此他主張以「工具歸工具、教育歸教育」的原則推進科技應用——所有創新必須回到學習目標與學生發展,並建立清晰的成效指標與治理框架,確保科技為教育服務、而非主導教育。
在產業與公共服務層面,尹博士現任香港教育裝備行業協會會長,致力搭建香港與大灣區在教育科技、裝備供應、教師專業發展與創新教育實踐之間的合作橋樑。他透過策劃與推動論壇、交流、比賽、工作坊及跨界專案,促進政府部門、學界、企業、科研單位與社會機構之間的長期合作,推動創新理念從「展示」走向「導入」、從「試點」走向「常態化」,讓教育革新不止於概念,更能形成可持續的制度與生態。作為兼具科技與管理背景的高級管理者,尹博士擅長從產業需求與人才能力框架出發,將技術、資源與組織協作整合成可執行的路線圖;他亦曾獲多個創新獎項肯定,持續以「教育初心+科技賦能」為主軸,推動教育公平、人才培育與產業升級並進,為香港及大灣區建立更具競爭力與韌性的教育創新生態。
Dr. Marco Wan Kai Yin is a practitioner-led EdTech leader and innovation strategist with 20+ years of experience across technology, education implementation, and executive management. He is dedicated to translating frontier technologies into scalable, outcome-driven education solutions—focused on AI-enabled learning and data-informed pedagogy, STEAM and interdisciplinary talent development, and cross-sector collaboration that bridges policy, industry, academia, and the social sector.
Academically, Dr. Wan is a Professor of Economics at Guangdong University of Science and Technology and serves as Chairman of the Business Administration Advisory Committee (Marketing) at The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong. He works to connect industry trends, competency frameworks, and applied practice to strengthen curriculum relevance and future-ready skills development. He is also a Member of the Qualifications Framework (QF) ICT Advisory Committee, contributing an industry-and-education perspective to competency standards, professional pathways, and talent development alignment.
In practice, Dr. Wan has supported 500+ primary and secondary schools, helping drive sustainable adoption of digital and intelligent education across teaching, management, and resource planning. He advocates a balanced approach: while AI can enhance personalization, streamline processes, and improve assessment, education’s human values must remain central—tools should serve education, guided by clear outcomes and responsible governance. He also serves as President of the Hong Kong Educational Equipment Industry Association, advancing collaboration across Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area through forums, exchanges, workshops, and cross-boundary initiatives. Recognized with multiple innovation awards, Dr. Wan continues to promote equitable access, talent readiness, and long-term ecosystem growth through practical education transformation.
