Dr. Aaron Ho
何景文博士為資深行政管理人員，曾於滙豐銀行及兩家政府資助機構擔任高級職務，積累了豐富的跨職能管理經驗。他全面統籌企業核心職能，包括人力資源、財務、資訊科技、法律、公司秘書及中央行政事務。
何博士曾於兩家政府資助機構擔任公司秘書及董事會秘書，與董事會成員及委員會主席建立了良好的工作關係。他善於運用數據支持策略建議，在制定及推行管治、營運及資源分配方面的優先事項上具有出色的往績。
何博士最初以顧問身份協助籌建一家政府資助的研究機構，其後獲正式委任領導其企業服務職能，管理總額達港幣二十八億元的資金，同時確保財務審慎及可持續發展。
何博士在滙豐銀行任職期間，與英國總部及亞太區高級管理層緊密合作，在複雜的組織環境中累積了與多元持份者協作的豐富經驗。
何博士在數碼轉型方面具有獨到專長，曾領導多項數碼化計劃，以提升營運效率、加強資訊安全及緩減風險。他亦建立了全面的營運風險管理框架，確保符合監管要求及適時處理風險。
何博士對人工智能深感興趣，近期積極開展探索性項目，運用人工智能代理支援業務營運，並在完善的管治框架及穩健的資訊安全基礎設施下推行。
何博士持有香港中文大學信息工程學學士學位、香港城市大學電子商貿理學碩士學位（優異），以及香港理工大學工商管理博士學位。他擁有銀行家、工程師及會計師(美國)資格，並為香港董事學會附屬會員。鑑於其專業貢獻，他獲委任為香港ESG公會榮譽公司秘書。
Dr. Aaron Ho is a seasoned executive with extensive cross-functional management experience gained through senior roles at HSBC and two government-funded organisations. He has provided comprehensive oversight of core corporate functions including human resources, finance, information technology, legal, corporate secretariat, and central administration.
Dr. Ho served as Company Secretary and Secretary to the Board at two government-funded organisations, cultivating effective working relationships with board members and committee chairmen. He is adept at leveraging data to support strategic recommendations, with a strong track record in formulating and executing priorities to advance governance, operations, and resource allocation.
Dr. Ho was initially engaged as a consultant to support the establishment of a government-funded research institute, before being formally appointed to lead its corporate functions, managing funds totalling HKD 2.8 billion while ensuring financial prudence and sustainability.
During his tenure at HSBC, Dr. Ho worked closely with senior management at the UK headquarters and across the Asia Pacific region, gaining extensive experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders within complex organisational environments.
He possesses particular expertise in digital transformation, having led multiple digitalisation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, strengthen information security, and mitigate risks. He has also established comprehensive operational risk management frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance and timely risk resolution.
With a keen interest in artificial intelligence, Dr. Ho has recently embarked on exploratory projects that leverage AI agents to support business operations, under a proper governance framework and robust information security infrastructure.
Dr. Ho holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Engineering from CUHK, an MSc in Electronic Commerce (Distinction) from CityU, and a DBA from PolyU. He is a Certified Banker, Corporate Member of Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, and an Associate Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Directors. He has been appointed Honorary Company Secretary of the ESG Consortium in Hong Kong.
