Mr. Li has extensive executive experience, currently serving as the CEO of Bauhinia Technology Holdings Limited since August 2024 and Executive Director of Hebei Neng Tong Road and Bridge Engineering Co., Ltd. since January 2020. Under Mr. Li’s leadership, Bauhinia Technology Holdings has positioned itself as a premier technology company, fostering breakthroughs that redefine how enterprises navigate the increasingly interconnected global economy. With a steadfast vision for driving digital transformation, Mr. Li spearheads Bauhinia’s mission to empower businesses and industries through cutting-edge fintech solutions, sustainable energy advancements, and tailored strategic advisory services. He is also acting as Partner and Head of Fintech at OCIP, OCI International Holdings Limited.

In 2024, Mr. Li embarked on a Doctor of FinTech program at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
