Danny Po has more than 36 years of experience in China, Hong Kong and international tax, M&A tax and business advisory services. He has been providing a wide range of transaction related tax advisory services for both in-bound and out-bound investment. Danny is an active speaker on China in-bound and out-bound M&A tax topics for trade associations and professional bodies as well as media in the Mainland of China and Hong Kong. Danny also contributes a lot in ACCA HK Committee's Budget Submissions to the HKSAR Government in recent years. Danny acts as the mentor of CU MBA students, HKICPA's students, ACCA's students and undergraduates of CUHK, HK PolyU and Lingnan University
