Professor Dicky Shek is a scholar cum business leader and a veteran in the technology industry with more than 25 years of executive and academic experience for Greater China and APJ regions. Before joining the academia, Professor Shek has worked for a number of start-ups and five Fortune 100 companies, including IBM, Compaq Computer, Dell, Cisco System, and NTT Group.

While managing multi-billions businesses, Prof. Shek has managed diverse functions including services, sales, marketing, products, brands, marketing communication, CRM, channel, vendor management, business planning, human resources, finance, billing and IT infrastructure. He has also rich experience in managing multicultural teams with staffs from many different nationalities. Apart from working in Hong Kong, Prof. Shek has based in a number of cities in China

Prof. Shek is a seasoned speaker, trainer, coach, mentor, judge and advisor for a wide of range of seminars, workshops, entrepreneurship competitions, incubation progammes, public and private organisations.
