Dr. Yin Toa Lee is a Capital Markets Partner at EY based in Hong Kong with professional service experience across industry sectors, including financial services, TMT and biotechnology. He is responsible for providing auditing and consulting services to enterprises, and has extensive experience in assisting domestic enterprises overseas (including reverse mergers and successful backdoor listings).
