Dr Kwan Mun-Yee, Stella (關敏怡), graduated from the PolyU DBA programme in 2000.
Dr. Stella Kwan is the Chief Corporate Development Officer of the Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited. She is responsible for corporate business development, stakeholder engagement, technology cluster communications and public affairs, building partnership locally and globally, attracting anchor tenants and building strong business and community relationship.
Dr. Kwan is a seasoned business leader with solid experience in the tourism, retail and education industries. Before joining Cyberport, she was Managing Director of Ngong Ping 360 Limited, which is a subsidiary of MTR Corporation. Prior to that, she has held senior management positions with major international corporations, including MTR Corporation, Jardine Matheson and Swire Pacific, and helped to establish brands and businesses such as IKEA, Marathon Sports, Dymocks Booksellers, MTR Malls, MTR Station Business. She has also engaged in public services in the education, retail and tourism sectors.
